Rebecca Doss is originally from Mobile, Alabama. She began taking piano lessons at the age of 10 in Mobile with Connie Sullivan, and is also a student of flute, organ, concert percussion, and drums. She went on to be the pianist at Pleasant Valley United Methodist in Mobile for several years before moving to Auburn, Alabama to start school, becoming a piano accompanist for Auburn's vocal program during her time there.

When Ms. Doss came to Tuscaloosa in 2010 to pursue a degree in advertising, with a double major in German, she began working for Mrs. E and has been teaching Piano Performers and private lessons for Musical Beginnings since. Ms. Doss became the Director of Musical Beginnings in 2018. She is also the drummer in a local rock and roll band, KGL. She hopes to give every student the opportunity to develop fundamental music skills, and to show them that working hard to learn and understand music can take them anywhere they choose to explore! She resides in Northport, Alabama and can be reached at rdoss@musicalbeginningsal.com.
